This is where we help you get used to moving in the bungee harness and get you accustomed to the basics of the moves that we do in our other workouts.
We recommend attending at least 1-2 Basic Bungee classes so you can get a good handle on how to move in the bungee harness and how to do the moves.
Get comfortable in this class and you can move on to the more fast-paced Cardio Bungee classes!

Bungee Bootcamp is a hard-core workout for the Bootcamp lovers out there!

If your kids have ever wanted to fly, this bungee class is perfect!
In this Kids’ Bungee Class, there will be plenty of bungee party games designed exclusively to get your kids off the ground like a superhero!
Led by a certified instructor, they will wear a hip harness strapped to a long bungee and bounce up from the ground to perform different movements.
After they learn all the basics, they will go head-to-head in fun and challenging games, showing off their control and coordination skills.
Our Kangaroo Jumps Boots class is an explosive, highly motivating program designed to challenge the whole body and is suited to any fitness level! This workout maximizes effort while preventing damaging impact to joints!
