This is an abbreviated version of all of your favorite bungee moves. Bungee Bootcamp will incorporate a cardio warm-up, weight training, lower body, core, routines, we’ll do it all! Plan on using dumbbells, Booty Bands, and much more. Come ready to burn (60 minutes).
Level 1 – Must Have Completed First-timer’s Basic Bungee in Order to Take This Class
This class focuses on athletic and bungee technique and will include a stretch, cardio warm-up, lower body track, additional cardio, core, technique, and of course our fun, varied, and energetic Bungee Level 1 routines. Although this is listed as a beginner course, many advanced bungee athletes enjoy READY, SET, LAUNCH classes weekly. Participants shall seek instructor approval before trying additional bungee classes. (60 minutes).
Up and Away – Level 2
You will learn new techniques while incorporating the Bungee Basic and Level 1 – Ready, Set, Launch moves. You will learn how to transition from one move to the next. Building a SOLID understanding of movement and patterns needed to advance. May not attend this class without the instructor’s approval.
Level 3 – No Limits
(Level 3 SKILLSET is a prerequisite for this class). Fast-paced, little to no downtime. Combinations will be reviewed when necessary, however, this class is designed to keep your heart rate up mega calories!
This is our most advanced class and is only for those who have been in bungee for over a year and are invited to attend. Bungee ADVANCED will build upon skills introduced in Bungee Levels 1 and 2 and will challenge the participant in a fun cardio workout. This class will incorporate full-body movements, multidirectional skills, multilevel, and advanced bungee choreography. The core will be engaged, and skills will build even more confidence in the bungee. Bungee Move participants should be quite familiar with their own harness and bungee fitting needs and will be challenged in a variety of skills and levels- dives, leaps, jumps, aerial, gymnastics, body, and footwork (60 minutes).
80% learning and 20% doing. This class is designed to get you ready for NO LIMITS. Learn advanced flying moves and movement combinations.
Flowing graceful choreography set to music that aligns with your movements. (Barefoot optional).
If your kids have ever wanted to fly, this bungee class is perfect! In this Kids’ Bungee Class, there will be plenty of bungee party games designed exclusively to get your kids off the ground like a superhero!
Led by a certified instructor, they will wear a hip harness strapped to a long bungee and bounce up from the ground to perform different movements. After they learn all the basics, they will go head-to-head in fun and challenging games, showing off their control and coordination skills.
All about fun! Your teen will learn different skills while on the bungee which will help develop control, coordination, and confidence. Your child will experience the feeling of flying, diving, and surfing with our top-of-the-line bungee system, experienced instructors, and teen-friendly music.
Join other moms like you for a fun time bonding with your baby. You can enjoy a workout while the baby is next to you. Baby will enjoy listening to all your favorite baby tunes and playing with the other little ones.
