Common Queries About Our Bungee Studio

Plan on arriving to class at least 15 minutes early. It’s a good idea to eat a couple of hours before arrival to allow for proper digestion as with any workout. Although this is a low-impact exercise, it is a high-intensity workout so prepare to sweat! Upon arrival, each client will be asked to sign a waiver and questionnaire. Then each client will be privately weighed and sent to a bungee station where she/he will be instructed how to get into the harness. Please do not be late.

Clients will not be allowed into class after start time as our instructors cannot stop warm-up to take late arrivals.

It is best to wear tight leggings or tight, longer bike shorts. A high-impact sports bra is also a good idea along with good workout shoes. If you feel you may have sensitivity to the harnesses, it may be a good idea to wear an extra pair of shorts on top of leggings. We will also have extra padding in the studio for your comfort.

You must book and pay online before your class. You can either book through our Bungee Bliss Fitness Studio App or on our website.

We do not accept walk-ins.

Classes are 45 minutes and we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. No late arrivals will be allowed in after class start time.

No exceptions!

You must be at least 16 years of age.

(16 – 17 year-olds must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver.)

A no call/no show to class will result in losing your class and money for that class. No exceptions!

Although Bungee Fitness is low impact by absorbing up to 70% impact on your joints, it is also high energy. If you cannot work out for more than 5 – 10 minutes without having to take a break or struggle to do one push-up or burpee, you may find this workout challenging. You will be privately weighed in order to place you in the correct harness and bungee station. You must weigh at least 90lb and you must not weigh over 250lb. You will be privately weighed before your first class and after a 3-month gap in class attendance to ensure your safety.

If you are pregnant, have had any recent surgeries (last 90 days), or have a medical condition that makes working out dangerous, you cannot take a class.

It is recommended to eat a couple of hours before a class and use the restroom right before because we will not stop for bathroom breaks. Doors will be locked after class time starts for client and staff safety and to allow staff time to weigh and set up client stations so do not be late. You will not be allowed in after posted class time no exceptions.

No person under the age of 16 will be allowed in the studio and no spectators in class for the privacy of our clients. Clients will not be allowed to take photos or video any part of classes or studio for the privacy of our clients.

Although bungee fitness is a very fun and addictive workout, the safety of our clients and staff is our first priority. If you are not following class directions or acting careless, you will be asked to leave and will not be given a refund for the class. This is to ensure the safety of everyone in our studio.

You are going to sweat so bring a water bottle or container that has a tight lid in case it gets knocked over. We are going to be going in all different directions on the floor so to prevent spilling, all water containers must close tight. (no fast food water cups, open cups, water bottles with no lids, etc.) You may want to bring a small sweat towel as well.

Yes. Harnesses and bungee cords will be adjusted to provide proper resistance, and harnesses do come in a variety of sizes, but for a safe and successful training session, the weight limit is 275 lbs.

Recent surgeries in the last 3 months and cannot be pregnant.


A 3-hour notice is required for cancellation on reserved class spots.

We do understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but due to the limited class spots, your account will be charged without a proper cancellation notice.

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the fun and benefits of bungee training, and bungee space is limited. If a class is full, get on the waitlist! Most who put themselves on the waitlist end up getting into the class — no problem. Please keep notifications ON, and keep checking back in the app. Our cancellation policy is within 3 hours of class, and almost always, space opens up the day of the actual class.
