FAQ

Common Questions About Our Bungee Studio

Please plan on arriving to class at least 15 minutes early so we can get you all set up in your harness in time for class to start.

It’s a good idea to eat a couple of hours before arrival to allow for proper digestion as with any workout. Although this is a low-impact exercise, it is a high-intensity workout, so prepare to sweat!

Upon arrival, each client will be asked to sign a waiver and questionnaire if they have not already done so on the app. Then each client will be privately weighed and sent to a bungee station where they will be instructed how to get into the harness.

It is best to wear leggings or tight, longer bike shorts, a high-impact sports bra, a breathable workout shirt, and good workout shoes.

We will also have extra padding in the studio for your comfort in the harness if needed.

You must book and pay online before your class. You can either book through our Bungee Bliss Fitness Studio App or on our website.

Our studio is not set up to take walk-ins.

Due to limited class sizes of 10 or less, we can't guarantee that a walk-in would have a space in a class, so it's important for people to reserve their spot in a class beforehand.

Classes are 45 minutes and we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you all set up with your bungee & harness in time for the class start time.

Our Basic, Cardio, and Playtime Classes are for ages 13 and up. Any teens under age 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver for the minor.

Our Kids Bungee Classes are for ages 6-12.

A parent or guardian will be required to sign a waiver for any minor attending classes.

We get it--sometimes life gets in the way!

If you know you won't be able to make it to a class you've signed up for, just give us a call at least 3 hours before the class start time and we can cancel your class and adjust your account so you won't be charged.

Any no-shows to the class, no-calls, or calls less than 3 hours before the class will still be charged to your account and deducted from your package if you signed up for a class package.

The 3-hour time frame allows us to reach out to someone on the waitlist for that class to give them time to come if you cannot.

You can register for classes easily through our website or through our app!

Physical/Medical Limits

If you are pregnant, have had any recent surgeries (last 90 days), or have a medical condition that makes working out dangerous, you cannot take a class.

Weight Limits

Our maximum weight limit is 300lb.

Just bring your lovely self and a water bottle so you stay hydrated!

Please make sure your water bottle has a tight lid in case it gets knocked over. We are going to be going in all different directions on the floor so to prevent spilling, all water containers must close tightly.

We also sell water for $1/bottle if you do happen to forget your water bottle at home.

Don't worry, we got you. 🙂

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the fun and benefits of bungee training, but bungee space is limited to 10 people per class.

If a class is full, get on the waitlist! Most people who put themselves on the waitlist end up getting into the class — no problem.

Please keep notifications ON, and keep checking back in the app. Our cancellation policy is within 3 hours of class start times, and space almost always opens up on the day of the actual class.
