Melanie has loved fitness from an early age. After the birth of her two kids, she knew it was important to herself and her family, to make her health a priority. That’s when she discovered POUND.
After completing her certification and began teaching, Melanie knew immediately, that helping others improve their physical well-being was her passion! This passion and pursuit of wellness lead her straight to us! Once attaining her Bungee Certification, she was ready to fly. Her enthusiasm and zeal for all things fitness show up in every class she teaches!!
In her free time, Melanie loves running, hiking, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering!
Tammy Gilles is an advocate, fitness enthusiast, wife, and mama of 3. She was attracted to bungee fitness because it was a way to make fitness fun. She loves that the low-impact workouts make it accessible to all fitness levels.
When not working out, running, teaching classes, or taxiing kiddos, you can find her hanging out with her family or curled up with a good book.
Meet Tara! She could not be more excited to be a part of Bungee Bliss Fitness Studio! Once she gave the Bungee a try, she quickly realized how much FUN exercising in a Bungee could be and was so excited to join our team training to become a Certified Bungee Instructor and share the Bungee love!
When not working, you can find her in the dance studio and soccer fields cheering on her kiddos!
Brittany is a busy mom of 5! She and her husband, Bennett, have a successful Real Estate business. When starting her own health journey over a year ago, she discovered Bungee Fitness and the rest is history!
Brittany teaches mainly Boot Camp Classes because she loves the variety and challenges each class offers.
Bungee Bliss Fitness Studio has been the biggest blessing in that she has had the opportunity to meet, encourage, and work alongside some of the most amazing people. She loves that our studio is a safe place for everyone! No matter where you are in your health and fitness journey, you are welcome here!
Charlita Henry is a wonderful mother of 3 and one of our most playful, upbeat instructors! Charlita started out attending bungee classes as a way to work towards her health and fitness goals and fell so in love with it that she became an instructor!
Charlita loves to laugh, smile, and make people feel confident in their abilities each and every day, especially at the Bungee Studio!
When she isn't teaching Bungee classes, she works with families of special education students, volunteers, and empowers women in their fashion choices.
Meet Taylor! Taylor started out as a fitness instructor in 2019 teaching POUND, a cardio drumming fitness class. When a friend turned her on to Bungee fitness, she loved it and knew that she definitely wanted to help others find fun in their exercise through Bungee as well!
Taylor owns a small boutique marketing agency and spends her free time traveling with her husband and two daughters, spending time with friends, gardening, and writing.
Rachel joined the team after discovering a love for bungee as a client for 5 months on her current weight-loss journey.
You can often find her in class trying out all kinds of different flies and tricks and encouraging others to "Trust the Bungee".
When she's not in the studio, either teaching or participating, she's at her restaurant day job or relaxing in the sun by the pool with an iced coffee and a good book after taking care of her kids and husband.
